The BMSG Breastfeeding 102 class is a three-hour postpartum workshop that has been put together by experienced breastfeeding counsellors and educators. With helpful videos, props and mother-to-mother sharing, this course can help you start off your breastfeeding journey on the right foot for your newly-arrived little one.

Our topics include:

• Why breastfeeding is important for both mother and child
• How to sustain breastfeeding on various points of the journey
• Common problems and missteps and how to fix them
• Troubleshooting common breastfeeding problems
• How partners and family members can support breastfeeding mothers

And many more!

𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗟𝗗 𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗗?

New parents who want to know more about breastfeeding with babies aged 0 to 1 year old. Daddies, grandparents and helpers are welcome to attend for free (limited to 1 accompanying family member per workshop)!

All mummy participants will be part of a WhatsApp support chat group with our breastfeeding counsellors for a period of 1 YEAR from the date of the workshop!
