The BMSG Breastfeeding 101 class is a three-hour prenatal course that has been put together by experienced breastfeeding counsellors and educators. With helpful videos, props and mother-to-mother sharing, this course can help you start off your breastfeeding journey on the right foot.

Expectant mothers and their partners who want to know more about breastfeeding before giving birth. Daddies are more than welcome!

All mummy participants will be part of a WhatsApp support chat group with our breastfeeding counsellors for a period of 1 YEAR from the date of the workshop!
