The Breastfeeding Mothers’ Support Group (Singapore) will be organizing a tea forum this coming November to discuss mental health for breastfeeding mothers especially during the postpartum period.
Date: 28 November 2020 (Saturday)
Time: 2.00 – 4.00 PM
Venue: ONLINE via ZOOM (link will be emailed to you a few days before the event)
A team of experts from KK Women’s & Children’s Hospital and Clarity Singapore will also be presenting some pointers and tips for mothers who need to seek help to cope with mental stress and anxiety during postpartum.
Presentation 1 (KKH):
‘Postnatal Depression: What is it & What can We Do?’
Presentation 2 (Clarity Singapore):
‘Postnatal Wellness- Enhancing Awareness and Support’
BMSG will also be sharing about the stress and pressures that breastfeeding mothers face during the early days of postpartum.
We will also have a Q&A segment moderated by BMSG with our team of panelists from KKH and Clarity Singapore comprising of:
